There are two events celebrating the late singer Selena Quintanilla during Hispanic Heritage Month in northern Colorado. One is a screening of the film Selena at the Canyon Theater at the Boulder Public Library on September 14, and the other is a music tribute show at the Armory Performing Arts Center in Brighton on September 16. National Hispanic Heritage Month spans from mid-September to mid-October. The month celebrates the contributions and cultures of diverse Hispanic American communities in the U.
